Returns Policy


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since a purchase, we will not accept the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags.

Gift cards and products that are intimate in nature when worn cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received it. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or replacement.

Do not send anything back until you’ve contacted us.


If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We offer exchanges for items that are the wrong size or fit.

If you are approved for an exchange, then you will be asked for your current measurements in order to ensure that we send you the best size for your measurements.

If your correct size is on back order it may take up to 4 weeks to receive your exchange.


We offer replacements for items that are either defective or damaged from regular use.

We will not replace items that were damaged due to improper care or wearing a size too small. This will be easily identifiable upon inspection.

If you did order a size too small, reach out to us immediately and arrange for an exchange. We only accept unused gear in the original packaging.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns, exchanges and replacements. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
